Esta é uma coleção de fotos de fungos comestíveis picantes que ocorrem no Cerrado.Este sabor picante é mais notado quando o fungo é cru. O fungo abaixo pertence à família Hydnaceae, mas é muito picante, ao contrário de outros membros desta família.Na segunda foto não foi possível a resolução dos "dentes" que mostram os esporos (tentar fazer o download e aumentar com zoom).
This is a collections of photos from spicy edible fungi that occur in the Cerrado. This spicy taste is best noticed when the fungus is raw. The fungus in the first two photos belongs to Hydnaceae, a family of edible fungi but generally not spicy as this one. In the second photo it was not possible to close the "teeth" in with my camera (try downloading the picture and giving some zoom).

O próximo fungo é Auricularia delicata, um fungo gelatinoso que é extremamente ardido, embora menos que o anterior.
